We are proudly presenting some of the projects that we have done so far this year. We have completed several different projects from renovation of offices, private villa to hotel with 75 rooms and diverse public areas. You can see more photos under section references.
HOTEL SCOTT (FORMER PANTONE), BRUSSELS
In Brussels we supplied and installed furniture in 75 rooms and in public areas. We started installation in November and successfully finished it in the beginning of January. Furniture is combination of melamine, HPL and painted MDF. On the other side furniture in public areas is more complicated because is made of HPL, melamine, LED lights and real brass. End result is seen below-hotel in the style of Scott Fitzgerald’s stories. The moment you step into the lobby fabulous world of the roaring twenties shows. The Scott creates the perfect bubble to escape into an era of prosperity and decadence surrounded by luxurious Art Deco objects and rich velvet textures.
PRIVATE VILLA IN CESENA, ITALY
For a business partner with whom we have been cooperating for many years we have equipped a private villa near a beautiful Italian town Cesena. Picturesque landscape in the middle of vineyards offers a lot of options for development of tourism and we are very happy that we participated by supply and installation of furniture. Combination of painted MDF, massive wood and HPL creates beautiful warm space. In the end happiness of our client is what values the most.
OFFICES, IT TOWER, BRUSSELS
This prestigious 102-meter tall building, built in 1972, is presently known as the “IT TOWER”. Its architectural design was conceived by the architect Walter Bresseleers. The building is composed of two unequal linked towers. The building has an attractive international modernist architectural look, characterized by a rational layout. The building’s bearing structure is conceived as a concrete grid structure with 28 pillars and façades of glass thermopane and black aluminium. The main tower has 25 aboveground levels and 5 basement levels. At the very top of the building on the 21st, 22nd and 23 floor we supplied and installed furniture for offices. More expensive materials such as Italian ceramics, special oak veneer and anti-fingerprint HPL give special value to these offices.
